Ash Wednesday

By God's providence, I stumbled upon a riddle from Samson in the Book of Judges.

"Out of the strong comes the sweet." 
Judges:14:14

Samson killed a lion.  When he returned, by the dead lion he found bees and honey inside the carcass. Wow!  Whatever cross we face in life, with Jesus, it will become sweet, sweeter than any honey.

Happy Lent, as we crest into that holy season,
