SANCTUARY OF HOPE

God, make me a sanctuary of Your hope today.
A sign of Your love in all I think, do and say.

Wherever I stand make that Your Holy ground.
Your love help me share with all those around.

Teach me in silence to listen to You.
So I still hear Your voice in the noisy times, too.

Make me a lamp, shining Your presence on those in my life.

Keep me humble, knowing all that I am and have belongs to You.
Teach me only to do what You want me to do.

Help me to persevere through the tests You provide,
So that Your presence grows stronger and shines brighter inside.

Always singing Your praises and living in Your peace and joy.
Even when facing those who hurt, disturb, and annoy.

Remind me that I am always in Your care.
And that my life is not mine, but Yours for me to share.

God, make me a sanctuary of Your hope today.
